Client engaged Wayfare to assist in creating and submitting an RFP to replace their legacy ERP system. We created and implemented a vendor assessment plan that resulted in the capturing of high level requirements and utilizing those requirements to score and select a vendor.
Client engaged Wayfare to manage and document future state requirements, rules and workflow across all functional areas on the company. We created and implemented a future state project plan that resulted in the capturing of over 90 workflow diagrams, 900+ requirements and over 1100+ business rules.
Client engaged Wayfare to automate the manual process of obtaining approval of credit memo requests. We captured and documented the requirements and workflow and utilized Sharepoint to implement a input form and workflow to automatically route credit memo requests to the appropriate resource.
Client engaged Wayfare to automate the manual process of capturing productivity metrics at a machine. We created and implemented a custom development plan where we captured requirements, designed and created UI specs and wireframes and worked with third party developers in creating a .net solution.
Client engaged Wayfare to redesign their ERP’s discount model program. We documented current state and future state discount workflows and captured requirements and business rules that were used to develop a two-tier discount program within the ERP.
